• The purpose of the processing is the proper execution of our secretarial services obligations before, during and after the end of its operations event.  Legal basis of data processing is regulatory framework of the legislation for Conferences and Scientific Events in general, as well as the consent of each delegate, where this is required. • Recipients of the data are the company Makedonia Conference Center and its official staff, the organization-organizers of the event and the competent public authorities.

• Data retention by the company Makedonia Conference Center and its official staff are kept in paper and digital files. The retention of personal data is valid for one year after the end of the conference. Members who have signed up to receive updates on subsequent events of our Company, their details are preserved so that relevant announcements can be sent.
